Coronavirus - new security principles
Notice concerning the introduction of countermeasures against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus)
To whom it may concern:
In view of the potential transmission of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus) and in an effort to protect our clients and employees, I have decided to introduce temporary customer service procedures conforming to higher safety standards. I do realize that this might affect your comfort and customer experience, but there is no other way to enhance safety standards, given that we provide services to clients from all over Europe.
Handshaking is strictly forbidden.
At our points of sale, we will place additional dispensers with surgical hand disinfectants together with an instruction of their mandatory use.
Wherever possible, we will hold video transmissions of our foaming, spray, laser product demonstrations, and our clients are requested to send over their samples for cleaning, welding and engraving.
The finished samples will be sent back to our clients at the Company’s expense, together with an instructional video.
If the client is satisfied with the results, he will be invited over to the Company’s office for product demonstration.
Sharing the same protective glasses/goggles during demonstrations is forbidden. Additional procedures for disinfection of protective eyewear are introduced.
Training on the use of polyurethane spraying equipment will be organized also in electronic form. The training sessions have been recorded and will be carried out in a professional manner on delivery of the product.
A special training room was designated for that purpose.
After the training and during product pick-up, the contacts between our personnel and clients will be kept a minimum.
If you feel sick and have symptoms such as flu, running nose, coughing or cold, our employees are obliged to refuse to meet you. If this is the case, please cancel your meeting and set a new appointment date at your convenience.
I sincerely hope that the new rules will be acknowledged, understood and respected by you, and that the potential threat is quickly put under control and we will be able to restore normal customer service procedures as soon as possible.
